Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid) - Encino, CA

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to be part of meaningful, high-impact litigation? A well-established plaintiff-side practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience to support a busy class action team handling consumer protection, automotive defect, and environmental contamination matters.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Co-Chair of a nationally recognized class action practice and become an integral part of a collaborative team focused on helping individuals and communities seek justice.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex class action litigation matters from inception through trial
• Maintain case calendars and monitor critical court deadlines
• Assist with deposition preparation and coordination
• Prepare trial exhibits and support trial preparation efforts
• Handle electronic filings, primarily in federal court
• Format and prepare legal documents, briefs, and correspondence
• Assist with attorney time entry submissions and team expense reporting
• Utilize electronic case management and document management systems
• Coordinate and organize large volumes of case materials

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of the litigation process
• Federal court experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting complex litigation or class action matters
• Excellent case management and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with electronic filing and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Paralegal certificate not required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $75,000-$90,000+, depending on experience

Schedule & Location

• Hybrid schedule
• Office located in Encino, CA (San Fernando Valley)
• Typically 2-3 days in the office each week, with additional in-office time encouraged during onboarding
• Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
